Summary: I was patrolling in my cruiser when I seen the accused was driving on the wrong side of the road. I turned on the sirens and followed him, his vehicle HP must have been low as he was driving very slow but erratically enough for me to know he we trying to evade me so I done a PIT maneuver to stop him. Once I was confident his vehicle was stopped I got out my car and pointed my gun at him as seen in the screens. He must be used to driving badly as he refused to get out the car on the grounds it was "random". Even if it was random he would still have to follow FearRP as he was at gunpoint. It wasnt even a routine traffic check he was blatantly driving horribly and I pulled him over because of it. He point blank refused to exit the car while under gunpoint which is unacceptable for someone with his amount of hours.
