blindfold Rules

Now since the new update with the blindfold and the Atoms thing, is there any rules for the blindfold or is just the same as hostage rules? please explain and thank you.

I assume it's just the same rules as hostaging, just now you can actually blind them.

From my understanding the hostage rules applies to it consider you have to tie somebody first.

There is a timer by the way, after 10 minutes (Maybe it has been changed) They get auto-removed to avoid hostagers leaving you and so on.
