Summary: I was waltzing around apartaments when I saw a group of gents (DoGYopEG and SNICKERS EIS) smashing on an officer's dead body. I walked over, asked one if he found him dead and I got no response. I start walking away after checking what rules they'd broken, and DoGYopEG smashes his mustang into me and the wall, pinching me and killing me. Once I respawned I checked scoreboard, and I made sure I remembered his player number and profile picture. I spawn my supra, head after him, and surely there he is maybe 20m out of the tunnel, in a corner, changing his name. I check the car, same plates and owner. Run over to him, and would you look at that! He has a new name! (He has done this multiple times to both me and others, unforunately no evidence for those but you can just look at his list of aliases). He immediately starts running from me. I check the scoreboard and sure enough, that's his profile picture, player number and RP name with a different steam name to avoid me. I caught you.
TL;DR: Two guys are punching a corpse, I ask about it - no response. As I leave DoGYopEG CDM's me. I go after him and see him parked on the side of the road. Look at his car and plates - the same. As I walk towards him he finishes changing his name. I ask him about it and he runs. Profile picture, RP name and player number are the exact same. Busted.
