Response time

Hi there, I have a general question concerning response time on unban requests. I have been waiting for over a month and a half now and I'd just like to ask if there is a reason for this.

All ban requests are looked at and reviewed. Some may take longer than others due to certain factors in which we resolve them:

Order: If there are ban requests before yours, then they have a higher priority.
Length: Bans given out for more than a month tend to be serious so we review all the evidence.
Severity: Bans given for double-accounting and hacking take longer than others to review.
Banning administrator: If the banning administrator is away or no longer on the team you may have to wait a little longer.
