Hello everyone, im here for report a abuse from the admin [FL:M] General Rickets, i build a base with my friends and we start to farm weed :

But the admin [FL:M] General Rickets come and teleport me without reason, after the server crash, and we reconnect. I call the admin and i need a payment because i lost money for random teleporting, but its not the problem.

The problem is, [FL:M] General Rickets, ban me because i don't know all the rules perfectly, i forgot the rules 7 : All buildings in the main city street and all obvious shops are reserved for passive RP. Do not base here.

After that, i said, i think my base its not a obvious shops and i think me and my friends can base here, he ask me, "no, im gonna ban you because you breake the rules".
I said, im sorry and don't know all the rules perfectly and you really ban all players who don't know all the rules perfectly ? He said "No i ban, the player who break the rules".

But in the rules, we can see that : If you are not sure if something is allowed or not, ask an admin to clarify.

I ask him and he just ban me, i ask "you breaking the rules" because he don't explain me why i can't base here, and he just laugh and ban me after that...

I think this admin really abuse, and fearless have to do something, for the new players like me and my friends, its a real problem when the admin just ban without explication.

Im ok with ban
Im ok with my loose money
But im not ok whit this abusing power

Oh ! And he said "im gonna ban you for 12 hours" and he ban me for 24 hours i don't know why he change the ban.

We'll for a start you were basing in izzies palace. I got a call saying corleone basing in izzies palace so I responded, and was interrupted from a ddos. I came back on and you were still there but without contraband due to the crash. I would also like to see what you said before a laughed. I'm sure it was something along the lines of "your breaking the rules, you need to advertise before you ban someone." And I banned you for 24 hours due to your hours on the server. And I banned you for basing in Izzies palace which is in violation of base rule 7 which I stated on more than one occasion.

This is also your 7th ban. Therefore I imagine that you have been over the rules a few times at least by this point.

Please state the abuse here.
