Why isnt my clan official?

I found off-topic to be suitable for this matter, if not, feel free to move it.

I created this Esoteric PMC around three weeks ago, we got a steam community, 21 members and were getting new ones everyday, we base, we've already been in a small raid and we've got two allies, were extremely well structured and one of the main reasons im actually posting this is because of other members asking me theirself, and I just wanted to know when we can get official. if not just lemme know why, so we can fix the issue and get us official!

Only 2 things I found questionable;
1) With so many members, it's not really easy to understand who's where on the hierarchy
2) So many unknown names, are they all active FL players?

1. I set out the member list with the members names, example:

McFlurry - Mercenary.

2. Theres about seven american, they're about five hours behind so its normally in the deep night.

They are all active mate, just playing at diffrent times, mostly 6pm-5am. most of them actually have FL Forum Accounts so feel free to search.
