Unfortunately, Hitman rp is not allowed in any form.

No it's not allowed, that would be RDM.. Even if you have a reason to kill someone, it would be FailRP to have that job.

I has been done before, roleplayed properly with both the killer and victim was aware of the circumstances. In that case it would be allowed, as far as I am concerned.
Other than that, the rest in stated above.

Voted yes by accident because I misread the statement, I meant to vote no
 People/Hitmen would just say that someone has a hit on them to give them an excuse to kill them or have them killed.
