Summary: There were two people sniping on top of the offices, my friend got accused of it. The police came up to him after he was following him a long time and he kept tazing him. Then running off, he puts his car down while driving around and crashes, which kills him. He came back and broke NLR. After that event, he also came back and tazed him for no reason and handcuffed him. He left him there, he started running towards the tunnel where he gets accused of jaywalking as seen in the evidence. After that happened, they put him in prison for 10 minutes without a warden. After they put him in, the doors were open so he hid behind a door for a bit. They came down and found him in the room, tazed him, punched him and woke him up and constantly tazed. Also, cuffing him, shutting the doors and leaving him there. They didn't uncuff him, so when he spawned, he still had the cuffs on.
