Summary: FearRP. What was happening was some random people basing at office started shot at the police i went close and took my gun at one of the people i knew had a gun , when i am in a 1-2meter shoting range pointing a gun at him he chosse to take out a shotgun and kill me. This guy had no rp sense at all , (minge).


Evidence:

The evidence are not the best cuz they are recorded whit Gyazo on a fraps clip, but if you look closely and many times on the first evidence you see him take out the gun at 1or 2 meters range while i had my gun out and pointed at 'him'.

If the Evidence is to week i could try to fix them cuz i still got the fraps movie of it , reason why i use Gyazo is cuz of my upload speed it takes to long time. This 3fps video is no evidence at all to what took place in that moment, at first I'd like to say I did not base in the offices, I was merely helping a friend with his loan bussiness (Which failed horribly after it was raided by NLR breaking cops), I was standing far off from you when you ran over to the offices with all those other cops repeatedly breaking NLR and raiding us, I'm not blaming you personally for breaking NLR but I've had my share of officers and SRU's breaking NLR that day, in the middle of the raid I was popping out of the corner of the door, to see if there are any more officers out there attempting to raid us, I've pulled my shotgun at a moment's notice (literally a second), from very far away, ran at you and killed you, it was all over in a matter of 2-3 seconds, what you did here is you took footage of this encounter, and because I didn't take my gun out first you've called it fearRP, kindly "Forgetting" to mention that the place was under raid, I was far off from your gun, and I've had armed friends inside the building beforehand fending all of you off.
So do us all good, stop twisting the story around in your favor.

You can pause the video as much as you want, I've already given my explanation, in the middle of a raid, I popped out to look if any more cops are out there, and as soon as I saw one (You) I pulled my gun out, I was in no circumstances under fearRP due to the distance that was between us and the speed in which I pulled my gun out, you're taking an event that took course over 2 to 3 seconds and making it a big story with a FearRP break, I calmly ask you to stop flaming all around with your pictures and let the admin decide provided by the information I've given here (That it was in the middle of a fierce raid, from far away, and in a matter of seconds), thank you.

Closing notes: If the officer is aiming a weapon at you in that kind of situation, it's rather obvious what his intentions are. You shouldn't have pulled your weapon in that situation. It is indeed breaking fear rp. If he has a weapon on you and you pull your weapon, then yes it is fear rp.
