Reason: Backseat Administration / Random Tazing

Here is what happened i was just playing on the v2p when this guy started prop pushing and random spawning props (see the pic) We stayed inside the nexus to make him bored. After 15 minutes the president ordered the SRU to arrest the prop killer. I saw what he looked like he was a citizen with a black suit. I saw someone that looked just like that and had a phisics gun out moving props so i ran up and tazed him to arrest him. I could not see his name but as soon as he said he was not the prop pusher i untazed him. I did not know the propkillers name I just knew what he looked like so i tazed the guy who looked like him. It was a mix up and i said sorry. For the backseat admin part everyone was trying to arrest him so he cant spawn more props and kill more people. Also with all the props he was lagging the server.
