Kind of dupe (RP, base ect.): Stock exchange / stock broker's office
Level of Detail (high, medium, low): Medium / High for exchange, high for office.
How many dupes: ~4 for stock exchange or 2 for broker's office.
Budget: Up to 300k (don't worry about how I'm getting the rest of my money, it will be there once you finish building). If you decide that your services are worth more, then let me know and hopefully we can work something out.
Theme (police, mafia ect.):
Other Notes: Stock exchange is preferred in flea market or across the street from it (v2d map). Have no preferred places for broker's office.
You can do either one of those builds, whichever you feel more comfortable doing.

I'm liking the sound of the Stock exchange, have you got any images you'd like it to be based around? I'm sure we could easily do that with/under your budget quite well. We'll get to work. Please note we are around 2 weeks behind on building due to the recent rush of orders.

Would you possibly be able to extend to two? The issue is making the building itself will be around one dupe itself, then we need to add in detail, stairs which will extend into a second dupe. Is this alright?
