Summary: (I was cop and the pres had said that you need a licnece for a shop+ that you cant build shops on the road. So when i saw Der wilde leoparde guns shop i asked him if he had the licence. First he lied and then he said he dident have 1. I then said 1 k for the licence and 1k for the bill(cause shop on the road). Then he disckonected and came right on Again. Then he changed to bmd and spawnede the same shop just Again, but this time 2 meter out from tunnel. I then came out to him and said that was dkind a fearrp, he then just disc off and on as before. And now im siting here and writing this
