Summary: Frozen Props in road.
Evoopolish as a rebel place down frozen barricades in the middle of the road leading to the industrial area. He had left a gap large enough to fit some cars, such as the Trabant. I warned him via PM and OOC to remove the props and he did not listen even though we walked right past the barricades towards MTL.
