Summary: Suspect was pissed that I impounded his car. He went police officer with only intention to get his own car back. He took the job, got the car and parked it, followed by him leaving his job as a police officer instantly. He is powergaming by going police officer only to access, and take items from government property. In addition to that, he let others take out their car as well.
