Hey everyone,

i'm just hoping in to say that last week iv quit smoking after being a pretty heavy smoker for over 3 years.

I have this nicotine chewing gum but i still crave it very hard at times... anyone have some tips for me?

Start using electronic cigarets, first off with necotine then after a while without. My mom stopped within very few weeks by doing that. - She was also a pretty heavy smoker.

I don't really know a smoker that stopped, nor am I a smoker myself. But you should eat a lot, might help?

I've been a social smoker for a long time now.. Never felt any sort of craving or signs of addiction.. But some of my friends carried a pack of chewing gum with them. And they eat it when they have the urge to smoke. Apparently when u keep your mouth occupied you wont have the urge.. It would be good to tell your friends about your plan to quit. This way, they should stop offering cigarettes to you and should also stop you if they ever catch you smoking.
