Reason why you should be unblacklisted:Well in my 397 hours i've learnt from my mistakes, I've known the rule fully and hopefully my blacklists will be removed, I'm wanting to be sorry as on my first one i said to Kpred that i understood, And on my 2nd one i didn't understand but now i fully do, All the others again its been some time from them except the first one and will fully understand and abide by these rules
