Mini-Hospital Roleplay

Well today I was a paramedic ang I thought "How about making a hospital". So I built one inside the Nexus(in the Skybox Lounge) but it didn't lasted very long because everyone told me to "do my job" and that the hospital is useless so I removed all my props, spawned my ambulance and waited in front of the Nexus. The difference between waiting in the Ambulance or waiting in the Hospital: NONE.

I have a little problem. I know that IRL paramedics stay somewhere, not necessary at the hospital and when they are requested they leave; they don't have to patrol like the police officers. Am I right or not?
