Nothing happends if I try the "connect <IP>" command with the console. It only says, that the server is down. Same, if I try it over the banner.
I am wondering, why other players are able to play on the servers but I'm not.. Any ideas?

Yes. If I'm asking my Steam friends, they are able to play, but if I try to join (or my german friends) nothing happends.
