Not really, I was just stating that the american writers' humour aren't always really subtle and almost every show I see from the USA has over-the-top laughing tracks and bad humour. I know there are a few good American shows, but anyway..and I'm not British, I'm just saying that their humour is usually a lot more laid-back and enjoyable.
