Timed out. Please help me.

I keep recieving these "Timed out" i've tryed everything.
I even deleted steam reinstalled Gmod/CSS and updated everything.
You can select 3 different betas at CCS, which one should i take.
This is kind of pi..... me off. I've tryed for 4 days to log-on to the servers but still no luck. Could anyone please explain what i have to do exactly, so i can play agian.

Timed out msg comes in all games when you loading too much time i think.. its happend to me in team fortress 2 servers and in some gmod servers but i have clean my computer and now its faster loading and i dont have it anymore. i think thats the problem..

I do not advise cleaning your computer, you must format your hard drive. ( delete ALL your files from the PC)

Do you get his when trying to join the server?

If so i suggest validating your gmod files if it doesn't work try to de-frag it.

Yes, my screen is like freezing and then 3-4mins after it says im timed out.

How do i de-frag Gmod?

Since steam pipe, gmod loading even faster and work faster aswell. Now I can create real battlefields with my NPCs XD
