Title of Suggestion: Nexus' Garage Door

Description: Make the Nexus' Garage Door unownable and title it "Nexus Garage Door" or "Garage Door"

Why: Because I noticed a few days ago that some players take fun by buying it and lock it when every police cars are inside!
