Ill...

You wouldn't use that phrase. "I'm i'll" doesn't really make grammatical sense. It is basically saying: I am I will. Ill and i'll are very different, the apostrophe is being used as omission.

Doctor's visit wouldn't hurt you. Get your advice from a professional.

If you're still experiencing these same symptoms, then I can inform you it will most likely not be anything serious.

I had these exact symptoms last week, completely matching your description. You may know I recently had an operation so I took a visit to the local Doctor, to be on the safe side. All he said that everything is fine, and it's just a viral infection.

I'm now fine, without any symptoms. Just get as much bed rest as possible and stay hydrated and you should be fine!

Thanks for the support Pavillion, I'm probably going to go and see my GP tomorrow just to make sure it's nothing to worry about.
