Not made by me, but same concept as the tutorial I was about to create for the community, seeing some of you folks upload raw fraps videos.
And mess around with the Xvid settings if you want a even smaller filesize.

Yeah and if its .wmv its even smaller so.
This is just a basic tutorial on how to convert it as I said, I've seen some people uploading raw fraps videos (10 sec = over 2gb if its 1080p recorded).
