Summary:
I see this person in red dress prop pushing a car off in the distance, and when I come closer I find the city power plant surrounded by a wall (im sure is taller than 4 meters). Then this person walks up and lets me in their base. They all take out guns without saying anything and just hostage me. They didn't even ask me to love, they just let me walk in. Then they spawn props and block me in them so I cannot move.
Before this (I don't have evidence of it) they let me and my truck in (I was government job of Public Works, president approved) and I had to incinerate some world props. They let me in, then just RDMed me and stole my truck.

Evidence:
Me walking to the power plant (after I got CDMed the first time tring to walk there) and I see prop push off in the distance. If seen in full screen you can see its a woman in a bright dress.

When I get closer to base (had to record this separably, I have been recording before this too long) I find out who that woman in the bright dress was, and I meet her friends.
