Title of Suggestion: Re-Painting Your Car Should Cost Money

Description: I think that it should cost something like 500$ to do a Paint job on your car.

Why: More realistic.

If the default car color gets approved, than +support. If not, than -support because if your car spawns in a crappy color you're forced to pay $500.

Or you could pay 500$ to FORCE the color you want onto your car EVERYTIME you spawn it.

Make it like so and it's a +support

Sometimes I like yellow cars and don't wish to pay to make it so.
