Keep upright tool

Title: Keep upright.

Description: I think most of you know the tool, it's very usefull for building moving constructions such as elevators or cars. What it does, it prevents the prop from changing it's angle other than Y. It can be compared with the slider, only now you won't have the chance of extreme glitching.

Why: It would be a great addition to the server and every builder will enjoy it. It is easy to implant because you just need to add this and you're ready to go.

I highly agree along with the weight tool. Both of these can make a more effective elevator and provide tools to make a proper boat for the nice lakes in 33x and 2p.

The megentize tool was heavily abused by letting players to bypass the proplimit, so it is not getting back.

Keep Upright is currently in the context menu.
Enabling the context menu (with PropDrive....) can cause problems.
