Steam not working ! weird problem

Before a few minutes i opened garry's mod and it's loading . then joined game and AUTOMATICALLY steam turned off from it self . i tryed to open it nothing happen . i restart my computer then i opened it it says

that steam Does not comply with this file ...

See the computer's system information to check if you want to 32 bit or 64 bit for this program

idk wtf happen

i downloaded steam setup and i clicked Repair!

remember if u got any problems just open the set up and repair it ! D: <333
