I need help installing mods can someone teamview me and do it for me?

Installing mods is quite simple, and doesn't require team view at all. Just go to the steam workshop and click on "subscribe". Or if doing it manually, read the read me in the .zip.

By Mods do you mean Mods for Minecraft or Addons for GMod? Wasn't sure.

Eitherway,

For Garry's Mod,
you need to make a folder inside the */garrysmod/garrysmod/addons folder
(Usualy in C:/program files (x86)/Steam/garrysmod/garrysmod/adons)
When you download the Addon, for example, the Content Pack for FearlessRP, you will have a ZIP file, extract the contents of it to a new folder inside your addons folder, preferable names similar to the addon it's self, the folders/files extracted to the new folder should be called stuff like 'Models' 'Sounds' 'Materials' etc.

For Minecraft,
You need to install either ForgeModLoader or ModLoader, depending on what the Mod you want supports;
For Forge ModLoader, you download it from Forge ModLoader's website and extract the .class files and maybe a folder to your minecraft.jar, now run Minecraft once and then shut it down.
This will generate a mods folder that you can put .ZIP files in that are designed for Forge ModLoader,
it is very similar for ModLoader aswell.
