Title of Suggestion: Adding 'Reason' to demoting.
Description: When you demote someone as president, the president need to specify a reason.
Why: Because when you demote someone you mostly get in OOC "Random demote" but when you specify a reason they can see why you have been demoted. To prevent some complaining in OOC.

+ Support, less reasons to cry over OOC on why you got demoted even when half the server gave reasons through /request for the last 30 minutes.
