A friend of mine did this, when you unlock something, they ask you for your Bank Number thingy, Which doesn't make sense, because you're not buying it.
Steam name should be enough. 9( Login name ).
So no, I don't think this is "Legit"

No, I don't think either, as it does not say anywhere that this is from steam. Though it has the same logo.

At the bottom it says Copyright Steam-free-games Shouldn't it say the original steam?

For as far as I know It'll ask to fill in a survey to "unlock the exlusive content".

This is definitely not legit, I think this is a scam at best.

First off, the site is called "steam-games-free", and is not supported by Steam.

Second, it gives you games if people click on links you spam them with... Really?

Third, this is the real world. And let's face it, nothing is for free. If you want free games, download pirate copies. This is a scam and potentially a virus threat.

So, all in all, don't fall for cheap tricks like this one.
