I'd like to know what kind of range of specs people use to play GMod and other games. Mine are:

AMD Athlon X2 4800+ Dual Core 2.6 GHz

Nvidia GTS 450 1GB

2x 2GB corsair dominator memory

Some random motherboard.

SATA II 320gb HDD

23" ASUS HD Monitor with built in speakers.

My laptop is so crap that compared to yours, I am quite ashamed to list it's specs...
I can only say that it plays FL City RP with medium settings, 1024x768 resolution and barely on 25 f/ps
