Uhm, who needs 32GB ram? Just asking.

Reasoning is we may be getting a 1GBPS fiber line for about £5-10 more than what we currently pay (1GBPS Up and down) and I may host a few servers for me and a few friends and possibly release them publicly until we have a considerable amount of interest/users and then buy a VPS/Dedicated.

It sounds like a lot but I am going to be rendering vids a lot too. So if most games now recomend 3GB ram think of it like this. If I'm using the same stuff currently and hosting servers plus gmod, etc. I will need atleast 16gb. That and it was only about £10 more for 32GB so it felt better value for money.

TheMonsterMash, as you seem to know a lot about PC's and CPU's in general (YES SARCASM INTENDED), you must know that the i7 has little no none advantages over an i5 for gaming? Don't recommend stuff which you know nothing about.

Fillehh, i7 can be switched out for a 3570k. Why'd you put a notebook drive in a desktop system? Replace the Scorpio Blue by something 3,5". Sabertooth is a nice board, but is it completely necessary to get such a sexy board when you're getting a closed case? Intel 330 is good, but can be replaced by Samsung 830, Vertex 4 or Crucial M4. 670 is good Wink

Bluerider, 670 can play BF3 on Ultra as well.

Alright so generally you guys suggest that I go with the i5 - 3570k and that I don't upgrade from 670 to 680 because it's not worth the extra money?

Fillehh, look at that computer, I'm not a millionaire ahahah!

As far as I was told by a Computer Technician there is no games that require more than 4 GB's of Ram, YET.
And there won't be the next year or so.

StillAlive, there is always

But, RAM is so cheap right now you can easily get 8GB.

Sure, but there is no way in hell that you are gonna need 32GB Ram, at the time so many rams are required the rest of your PC will be outdated anyway.
