I'll tell you what. Yes, he did apololgize, we basically had to force him to do so, without me and other people talking to him he wouldn't have written that apology. A proper apology is done voluntarily not after 20 people told you that you should really apologize, secondly I basically had to tell him what he has to write in that apology.

I don't consider this a proper apology. All it does is showing a bit of good intention towards calming the things which had happened during that time down.

Now, just because somebody apologizes doesn't mean everybody forgives him and forgets all the things which have happened, this is not the f**king catholic church where you can do whatever you please, then you ask for forgiveness and everything is all good again.
He received a permanent ban for the things he did and it was the right thing to do and there is no way of him ever coming back here.

Never ever ever.
