All plants would die because plants need water, so would humans after some time because once again humans need water.
If weed was legal everywhere the government would probably have heavy taxes on it making it alot more expensive and they would regulate the strength of the marijuana which eventually would lead to weed with low THC contents.
If you could stay high forever you'd be fucked and not able to ever have a fucking job let alone have a decent life.
You'd also be one fat motherfucker from the 24/7 munchies.
