Well it is easy, yet not easy. I for one, found it easy because I did not car about the 40k I lost to the SS and FUMUKU agent (or whatever). I had a little over 40 pots (my friends just kept giving me theirs). And paid 40k to keep all the pots and weed that's growing inside them. Of course I gave both agents 20k instead of going to jail; I thought I'd get more than like 20k [I fully understand the highest they can go is 2k, but I asked and they denied it so I went up to 20k] from the pots, then I only split 1/2 of it because my friend was helping me out. Well here is the screenshot of part of our room:

So if you are willing to give away 40k just to keep your weed... Then that's how you know you are a drug addict.
