Title of Suggestion: Tweet System
Description
Have an in-game way of people seeing in-game info without advertising as well as increasing the amount adverts cost.
Why?
Add a tweet system to go along with the advert system. This is because its unrealistic to advert things like "My car got stolen, can someone pick me up?" or "Is there a mechanic near city?". Advertising should stand out, not get drowned in pointless things that don't need to be adverted. Its a way of communicating in game info for everyone to see without breaking the rules by adverting it. If you have a question you need answered and don't wanna go round PMing everyone it is much easier. Advertising should be kept for businesses to promote their stores and stuff. I think adverts should also be more expensive, its more realistic and makes adverts stand out more as people will only use them when they need to promote a business, less people will use it for other things so its more likely for your business to get recognition.
Example:
/tweet can someone come pick me up at shopping street? > Lucas Jones (1016): Can someone come pick me up at Shopping Street?
TASSIA's IDEA:
To be more specific with my +support.
I don't exactly support your idea.
I'd also like a command like:
/tweet <message>
But instead of showing the tweet to every user in their chat,
I think the tweet should be added to a panel, which can
be opened with /tweets or /twitter
That way everyone can use this system whenever they want,
but the system does not disturb anyone, that isn't interested.
The panel could look like this:
