Frequently Asked Questions about Gmod13 and CityRP.
Q: Will CityRP be ready when Gmod 13 comes out.
A: Yes, unless Garry keeps breaking things of course.
Q: Do I have to buy Gmod13?
A: Nope, it will just be an update for your current Gmod.
Q: Do I keep all my items/money?
A: Yes, absolutely everything.
Q: Will we be able to help testing on the beta server?
A: Not at this moment, but next month you will be able to apply.
Q: Will there be made more features and other improvements to the Gmod13 server?
A: As soon as all the bugs are fixed, fixes and improvements will be made.
Q: Will the IP change?
A: They will stay the same.
Q: Do you think crashes on CityRP will be less frequent when Gmod get's this huge update?
A: Yes, in theory there will be less crashes. The modelprecache buffer for example is increased, this means more unique entities/props can be spawned. Gmod12 is limited to the Source engine's limits. Reliable snapshot is fixed as well.
Q: Will the servers have more slots, as Gmod13 Is probably more stable?
A: Adding more slots will also require more administration, and the admins are busy enough already. The answer is no.
Q: Will the prop limit get increased?
A: This will probably get increased, but we will start with the same prop limit and see how the server runs.
