To be honest removing smart weld would help and I don't use it so my bias says It doesn't matter. But with the whole players vs props. I highly support players. The prop limit right now is fine and has others have stated, friends can help you build and place. More people would add a lot to the server. It would feel more like a real, busy, alive city! Even 10 more can make a difference.
