When you hover over an item via your steam client inventory, theres a red text, that says when you're able to trade again.
If this doesn't work, try and contact steam support or google it. Someone might have the same proplem as you.

Hope you get it fixed soon.

EDIT: Might wanna add some screenshots. It would be easier to help you.
