Resume: Duncan left high school in Jamaica with 8 CSECs and a fantastic range of skills on record. He went to a Jamaican university and gained a degree in Politics and Law. Duncan applied for dual citizenship for Jamaica and Evocity, which was granted. He now spends his time between the two, often travelling to Evocity to manage and handle his law company, Hex LTD.
