Summary: I was driving around town doing the speed limits and stopping at stoplights, when I went around a corner there was a cop parked sideways in the road. I ran into him since I didn't have time to stop. It looked like he was going to drive away so I drove off then he guns me down.
So finally, after 5 minutes I go to get my supra back and this is what happens, this is the same person.
