Norway has been mentioned multiple times in foreign articles about how our officers don't even carry guns, and how low our kill- and shots fired rate is, but we've had armed officers this summer because of an increased threat-level.

I'm aware of that british police-officers do not really carry firearms either, but it's something that they do in special cases; as with our police.
That officer in the video appears to be a normal police-officer, and not someone from a Special Response Unit; but I could be wrong here.
My point here is that Special Response Units don't really stand around on the street all willy-nilly. They are a response unit as the name would suggest; and the same goes for the SRU group on this server. They are the equivalent of SWAT and their task is assist with high-risk situations, not looking out for speeders and jaywalkers.
