Title of Suggestion: Hostage money
Description: Same as /dropmoney only it comes with a lock timer of say 15mins in order to pick it up
Why: so they have to escape / win etc in order to claim there hostage money
instead of paying hostage takers and then after they get arrested / killed end up keeping the money because it not usually recoverable and
because they never play ahead as they already got the money
