Summary: He and his friend Just55 attempted to RDM me and my two fellow police officers when we were stood outside of an Industrial factory. After we killed them both, they were back within 20 minutes trying to murder us again and managed to kill Smeltetost. We killed them again. They came back this time unarmed but after one nearly ran over a police officer in his volvo we attempted to arrest him. He broke Fear RP when we tried doing so.

I have no evidence of them breaking NLR but the logs will clearly show them being killed by either myself, [FL:RP] Hartree or Smeltetost within the space of about 30 minutes.
