Why we should unban you: I had an unban request up for 9.5 days without getting a reply but then it was denied. I thought your policy said that if it was up for 7 days with no reply, the unban would be in my favor and i would be unbanned?
"If no staff member replies on your unban request within 7 days, your request will always be in your advantage and your ban will be removed from your record."
