Title of Suggestion: Remove the payment you receive when you break contraband
Description: Simple as, remove the payment you get when you break any of your contraband.
Why: I feel that giving people a cash reward for breaking their own contraband removes part of the risk from having contraband, as in the end you know you can atleast get some money return from breaking it.
