Law sorting system
Description
Gives users the ability to 'sort' the Laws out in the F1 menu.
Arrows displayed (Up & Down) next to the 'X' displayed next to each law will enable the user to push or nudge laws up and down as well as delete them like the current system does.
Why
I'm very nit-picky when it comes to sorting laws nicely, I think it's more of a personal preference and not a need but still a credible suggestion. Using the arrows, you'll be able to write up a law and nudge it up to the correct section instead of deleting 4 or 5 laws just to add one to another section, or making it cluttered and adding more traffic laws when they are already displayed at the top.
I feel it may make it easier for new players too, if the laws are cluttered and messy they may find it hard to relate back to them as an officer or citizen.
