I’ve been a fan of Fallout since the day I played it, and I don’t want to miss something like this.

Physical Description:
The long days and the dark, cramped environment have definitely taken a toll on Lyle. Lyle has lived in the Vault for 49 years, and his age is not hidden in his appearance.
With gray hair and wrinkles, he stands at 6’0 and weighs 167 pounds. Sitting behind computers all day has led him to have a worse back than average for his age, although he is in good health.
Mental Description:
Lyle is sane and his karma is neutral.
Job Qualifications:
Growing up in the vault, there wasn’t much to do. Instead of doing his chores like a good young Vault Dweller should, he would tinker with computers and robotics using spare parts found around the vault.
When he got his Pip-Boy, he went to town, learning the in’s and out’s, and customizing it to his heart’s content. This love for technology did not change, and he continues to work on technology in his free time.

Backstory
Vault 16 was all he knew. The grey walls, the fluorescent lights. Born on March 1, 2232, he has lived in this vault for his whole life.
When he received his Pip-Boy for his 12th birthday, he realized his passion for technology. He learned the in's and out's of the RobCo technology, and is well-versed in the capabilities that it has.
Lyle tinkered with electronics in his free time, as he had never felt like he had a real purpose for the Vault. He had a quiet childhood, and was never very active in the community, spending his time on himself instead.
Lyle became the equivalent of IT for the vault. People would ask him for favors, knowing that he is good with technology.
Much of his time was spent fixing peoples computers. At first, it was fun to him, but it became just another chore.
Nonetheless, it is the role chosen for him and he will do it for the good of the Vault.
