Summary: While doing construction RP, he showed up and we asked him to leave the site since he wasn't a construction worker. He refused multiple times, so we called the police. He was then insisting that he had the right to remain where he was, and placed a chair down so he couldn't be tazed. Eventually, he complied when more officers appeared, then he pushed a moving car with his chair. After that he froze it on the middle of the road.
Before he finally left, he made a snide comment in LOOC towards one of us.
Later on, he chased one of us down and shot him to death.
