I don't have his name.....
But he propkilled me when I was the president and some other people.
He was using no collided chair with world to get on top of nexus, he was walking
above us.
Estimate it happen at 14:40+/-20mins
He propkilled more that one person

P.S.
For some reason I think same person using hydraulic tool to block all nexus doors
